With TRUST Group, customers have the assurance that all our operations are held to international standards in terms of accreditation and safety. Safety is the foundation of our businesses and therefore no compromise is permitted in this matter.

A special Safety Officer at the Director level oversees Safety matters, reflecting its importance at an organizational level. All relevant personnel must undergo safety training and recurrent training. Safety measures and preventive steps are recorded in a log book, and safety procedures and records are reviewed bi-monthly.

In terms of our fleet, our vessels are equipped with high tech navigation and communication systems for real-time tracking. Our fleet undertakes scheduled maintenance and other necessary steps to comply with BKI and ABS Class Requirements. All vessels owned by TRUST Corporation or our subsidiaries are fully insured under all risk policies by reputable insurers.

Finally, regular internal and independent external audits are also held to ensure that all safety steps are implemented in accordance with requirements.

Trust Integrated Management System Manual

The purpose of this manual is to clearly define the company's policy in accordance with the requirements of the ISM Code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The company policy is based on the Safety Management System PT. Trust Eadyra Line. This manual will also describe management's commitment to the standards that have been defined (ISM Code, ISO 9001; ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001).

Trust Office Procedure Manual

This manual aims to establish several working procedures in the implementation of operational activities at headquarters used by all subsidiaries under the Trust.

Trust Shore Based Manual

This manual aims to establish working procedures at the land / office that is directly concerned with the safe operation of the ship and the prevention of environmental pollution.

Trust Vessel Operational Manual

The purpose of this regulation is to show clearly the authority and responsibilities concerned with the activities of the ship, and the ship's personnel relationships to ensure the good implementation of the safety management system.

Trust Vessel Maintenance Manual

These procedures aim to achieve safe operation of all vessels in the absence of accidents and minimize the risk of accidents by setting standards of maintenance for Hull, Machinery, critical Equipment and supplies.

The purpose of this manual is a guideline to determine the procedures for collecting and process the data for vessel's operational measurement.
